The last few years have been challenging for businesses in all sectors but those in the consumer arena have been particularly targeted by thieves, those living on the street, and others simply out to create havoc and mayhem. The purpose of this forum is to acknowledge these challenges, understand the underlying factors, and work together to develop effective strategies to mitigate the risks and costs associated with such incidents.
